Hotel a Mountain Home

“This hotel is undergoing renovations so it’s understandable that things weren’t maybe as they usually are. The rooms and bathrooms were clean but a lot smaller than expected and a king bed we wanted was not an option at this hotel. The hoped for hot breakfast was a sack breakfast and unfortunately they had run out of when we went to get breakfast. Kind of disappointing but maybe once their updating is done it’ll be better.”

“The toilet had a broken part and would run water every 20-30 seconds, the sink was clogged and back up with all sorts of different stuff. It’s right next to a waiting spot for people picking up people from the airport and uber drivers. It seemed very sketchy since I saw cops patrolling almost every night. It obviously under new management or ownership. The cards are old and use magnetic strips, if you keep the key card in your pocket with your phone you’ll need to go back up front to get it...

“I have pictures and videos of this horrible unsafe condition. Bug's all over dropping off the ceiling threw the night all over the walls and floors. Dirty sheets other people's hair and glasses in the bed and some type of orange stains. Tube had other people's hair, mold, staind towels, toilet was not clean. The bathroom amenities had been opened and used prior to us. On the other bedroom it looked like mouse poop on the bed sheet. We had to remove our shoes and socks because the floor in the...

“Great bed, great pillows, great shower. Just stayed one short night, but it was a very comfortable place to be.”

“The only thing that caused confusion was taking the time shown on the microwave, which hadn't been updated. This was realized much later, when things were about to get thrown off of schedule by 1 hour.”
